Holiday policy

With the uncertain times, it becomes more difficult to plan for the holidays with our loved ones. The Eugeria team is implementing the following measures to make things easier for you:

  • Pick up or buy in-store (credit cards only) at our popup shop from November 21 to December 23
  • Return period extended to January 10, 2021 for products purchased between November 2, 2020 and December 9, 2020
  • Possibility to ship directly to your loved one
  • Gift packaging on-demand (add to cart)
  • Pre-configuration for products (when applicable) on-demand – available withgift wrapping
  • 48-hour guaranteed delivery in the Greater Montreal Area (including South Shore and North Shore)

We offer free delivery on orders of $100 and above (before taxes). Please consider the following shipping times:

  • 2 and 5 business days if you've chosen express shipping,
  • 6 and 10 business days if you've chosen regular shipping

We ship our products all across Canada. For shipping to remote locations, please allow up to 14 business days. During very busy periods, our shipping team might experience longer delays than usual.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service with your order number as soon as possible by calling 1-855-55-GERIA (43742, by chat between 9AM and 5PM ET, or by email (, Please have your order number with you when you get in touch. If your order is still being processed, we will be able to cancel it.


Returns / exchanges

Eugeria selects the products and services it recommends very carefully to ensure their relevance and quality. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase. Please:

  • Contact us within 30 days of your purchase (phone, chat or email);
  • Include your order number in the subject of your message;
  • Specify the nature of your request (return or exchange) and the reason.

A return or exchange is only accepted if the product is shipped back in its original condition, with the original packaging. You are responsible for all courier charges to ship the product back to Eugeria. For returns, the amount of the purchase (excluding a 5% back-to-market fee) will be credited on the original method of payment once the parcel is received. Eugeria reserves the right to deduct additional back-to-market fees (up to 50% of the sale price) depending on the state of product received - clear instructions will be communicated for each case as needed.

The following products cannot be returned (exchanges can be made for defects communicated within the warranty period):

  • Bibs
  • Adapted dishes
  • Face masks



Eugeria works with quality suppliers to provide the best products and services for aging well. Our products and services are hence covered through the warranty policies of our suppliers.
