We deliver our products across Canada to help people age better, and shipping is free. Receive them as fast as within 2 days!



Order processing and delivery times

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you complete your purchase.

Your order will be processed within 2 business days following the transaction. Your package will be shipped using the most adequate and efficient shipping method according to the shipping address. In most Canadian regions, packages are delivered within 2-3 business days once shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number and the expected delivery date.

Some delays in delivery for circumstances that are out of our control do occur. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible if we believe that your order might not arrive within the expected timeframe.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service with your order number as soon as possible by calling 1-855-55-GERIA (43742) or by chat between 9AM and 5PM ET. You may also contact us at any time at info@eugeria.ca by replying to your order confirmation email. We will verify your order status and if it is still processing, we will cancel your order.

Please note that we ship most of our orders within 24 hours. If your order is already shipped, we can unfortunately not cancel it.

 

Returns / exchanges

Eugeria selects the products and services it recommends very carefully to ensure their relevance and quality. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number in the subject of your message.

Eugeria will cover the shipping costs of any exchange or return. For returns, we will reimburse you once we receive the package.

 

Warranty

Eugeria works with quality suppliers to provide the best products and services for aging well. Our products and services are hence covered through the warranty policies of our suppliers.
