Our products are shipped across Canada.

 

Order processing

After completing your purchase, you will receive two email notifications:

  • first, an order confirmation as soon as you complete your purchase, with the details of your order;
  • second, a notice of shipment once your order has been shipped out (at most 48 hrs after your purchase), with a tracking number and the expected delivery date.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service with your order number as soon as possible by calling 1-855-55-GERIA (43742, by chat between 9AM and 5PM ET, or by email (info@eugeria.ca) Please have your order number with you when you get in touch. If your order is still being processed, we will be able to cancel it.

Please note that we ship most of our orders within 24 hours. If your order is already shipped, we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel it.

 

Returns / exchanges

Eugeria selects the products and services it recommends very carefully to ensure their relevance and quality. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase. Please:

  • Contact us within 30 days of your purchase (phone, chat or email);
  • Include your order number in the subject of your message;
  • Specify the nature of your request (return or exchange) and the reason.
  • A return or exchange is only accepted if the product is shipped back in its original condition, with the original packaging. You are responsible for all courier charges to ship the product back to Eugeria. For returns, the amount of the purchase (excluding all the shipping fees you have paid) will be credited on the original method of payment once the parcel is received.

     

    Warranty

    Eugeria works with quality suppliers to provide the best products and services for aging well. Our products and services are hence covered through the warranty policies of our suppliers.
