  • How do I verify that my receiver is compatible with the Flipper?
    • Aim the receiver’s current remote control away from the receiver /STB box and TV. Are you still able to change the channels or the volume ? If you can, then the system is not using infra red and the Flipper will not work.
  • Can I still use the original remote control?

    • Yes, the original remote control will still work.
  • Is it hard to configure the Flipper?

We chose this remote control because it has functions that typically require several devices. This remote control prevents seniors from accidentally pressing the wrong buttons. It is easy to set, feels nice to hold, and has large buttons.

The large coloured buttons are easy to use and the instructions in the box are clear and uncluttered. I can call my dad and tell him how to turn on and change his TV for his favorite shows. I've programmed 2 sets so he can't make a mistake. I'm really happy. Thank you for this wonderful invention!

Very easy to use and set up! My mother in law needed something that would be easier to manage and prevent her from ending up with the dreaded “grey screen” and this completely fits the bill. The only downside is she misses being able to access the “Guide” page which was on her old remote. But we have not had to “fix her TV” since she got it!
