Let your loved one regain control over their TV

The Flipper Simple Universal TV Remote works with any device equipped with infrared technology (Videotron Helix is not compatible).

How does the Flipper universal remote help you?

  • Once configured, this big button remote control is reduced to the most basic commands: on/off, channel, and volume.

  • No need to learn complicated commands to turn the television on or off
  • Early- and mid-stage dementia or Alzheimer's

FAQ

  • How do I verify that my receiver is compatible with the Flipper?

  • Yes, the original remote control will still work.
  • Is it hard to configure the Flipper?
No, and we can help you. Call us or write to info@eugeria.ca. We'll be glad to help.

Eugeria's Take

We chose this remote control because it has functions that typically require several devices. This remote control prevents seniors from accidentally pressing the wrong buttons. It is easy to set, feels nice to hold, and has large buttons.

Problem solved
Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars.
My mother-in-law suffers from Alzheimer's and loves to watch TV, but it had become a nightmare because she couldn't figure out how to use her usual remote control. The problem is now solved! Also, the connection to the TV was instantaneous.

I bought this controller for my mother-in-law. Pressing a single button instead of 3 digits and being able to program the remote so that she only has access to her favorite channels was a big help. Plus, there are no "mode and cable" buttons for her to accidentally press with the other remote. Plus, there are no 'mode and cable' buttons that she would accidentally press with the other remote." The result was that she spent days without TV, which in her case is almost her only distraction. If we were ever to redesign the remote control, we'd have to add a ring so that a chain or shoelace could be threaded through it to attach it to her bed. Françoise loses her things, including her remote control. This is the 3rd one I've bought.

Works well. And it's good that it's white. My mother used to confuse her old black remote with a telephone.
