Perfect for my father who has hearing problems. The ringer volume and call volume are perfect for him. The price is also very affordable. There is a possibility to add other V-tech products to this phone (other handset or emergency button).

Eugeria was very courteous in answering all our questions before we purchased the phone for our elderly mother.
We then received the phone quickly, and programmed it by removing all the functions deemed unnecessary.
The result is a phone that is simply used to receive calls and make calls... this second function being greatly facilitated by the photos added to the device.
