We have 194 True Doors, and they're a delight for our residents, their families, and our employees. These True Doors contribute to the spatial orientation of the residents on our units.

Residents of our dementia care unit now recognize their doors. They are able to find their room without bothering other residents: this certainly provides a greater sense of safety. The True Doors also allow for each person to share stories from the past: to every door, there is a story! The True Doors make a big difference in the residents' wellbeing and the working environment is also more positive.
